It is Spring Cleanse Time!

Begins May 19th.

Join us for this year's Spring Cleanse Program at Namaste Health Center! This year the cleanse will be a primarily whole raw food diet for the busy schedule and tight budget!

The cleanse this year will be conducted by Nasha's husband, Steve Ottersberg. Steve is a brilliant cook, chemist and cleanser extraordinaire! Guest lectures will be presented by Nasha, Stacy and Oley throughout the cleanse.

The cleanse will begin on Wednesday evening, May 19th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. Following evenings will be on Wednesdays, May 26th and June 2nd. The cost for the cleanse is $125.00 and a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is needed to reserve your space no later than May 5th.

A recommended wonderful cookbook and reference that is helpful during the cleanse is "Raw Food for 1 or 2 people" and can be found at Natural Grocers/Vitamin Cottage. Also Khara will be bringing in some yummy samples on the first night and for those of you who don't have the time to make your own recipes she will be available for raw food orders. Details will be presented that night.

Experience Turtle Longevity Qi Gong!

Spend a weekend immersing yourself in an ancient tradition of healing and self care that has been called the Sister of Yoga and Mother of Tai Chi. During the weekend we will delve deeply into the three forms of Turtle Longevity Qi Gong, a gentle form that relaxes, replenishes, and invigorates. We will also explore other "quick and easy" Qi Gong methods great for waking up, going to sleep, and shaking off the stress of the day. Instruction will include in depth discussions of Cosmology and Physiology within the context of Chinese Medicine. Exercise and Education for the Body Mind and Spirit!
