Carla worked as an RN for ten years, including 7 years as a floor nurse at Mercy Regional Medical Center caring for acutely ill patients, post-surgical patients, and patients with varying levels of exacerbation from chronic illness.
In 2022, she earned her Master's in Nursing Science at Simmon’s University out of Boston.
Carla is excited to work with individuals who are interested in learning about their biology and motivated by the idea of experiencing optimum health at every age. She loves discussing the powers of nutrition, exercise, strength training, sleep, and positive mental health habits.
